Banana Smoothies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium bananas
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cut bananas into 1-inch pieces.
Wrap pieces in clear plastic or foil.
Freeze several hours until firm.
Measure milk into blender.
Add yogurt.
Measure in sugar and vanilla.
Put in half of the banana pieces, cover and blend until well mixed.
Add remainder; cover and blend until smooth.
Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings.
