Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef chuck roast, cut up
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water or milk
Preparation
    Mix all together and place in shallow pan with lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove lid last 10 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.
    Double recipe, double cooking time.
