Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 ready made pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 can Pet milk

Preparation

Mix filling in order given.
Pour into crust.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake an additional 40 or 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
If necessary, cover the edge of crust with foil to prevent crust browning too much.
Cool.
