Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 (16 to 20 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, onion and celery in small amount of water (for approximately 5 minutes).
    In separate pan, put in cream of mushroom soup using 3/4 can of water.
    Be sure to mix water in a little at a time to keep smooth.
    Heat.
    Pour heated cream of mushroom soup over hot broccoli mixture.
    Add Cheez Whiz and margarine.
    Mix until melted.
    Add rice and stir.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed by rice.
