Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. Crisco
2 tsp. butter
2 eggs
milk
cinnamon
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cut in Crisco.
(Take away 1 cup for crumbs on top of cake.
To this part, add butter and cinnamon.) Beat the eggs in a measuring cup; fill cup with milk.
Beat in the dry ingredients until smooth.
Put into pan; put crumbs on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
