Bear'S Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
2 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
Preparation

In a skillet, heat butter and brown sugar for 5 minutes, or until sugar is melted and begins to caramelize.
Add the liqueur and stir.
Add the bananas and cook for about 1 minute - just enough to heat through - don't let them get mushy!\tServe immediately, either by themselves or with ice cream.
