Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 medium)
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour bottom only of 1 (9 x 5-inch) or 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
    In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Stir in flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
    Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool upright in pan 15 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool completely.
    Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
