Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium yellow squash, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Drain.
    Add crumbs (reserve 1 tablespoon for top), cheese, egg, salt and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Put in greased casserole dish and top with rest of crumbs.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
