Veal Francais - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin sliced veal
    flour for dredging
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. and 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Cut veal into 2-inch squares and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Heat the 3 tablespoons margarine in skillet; add veal and brown on both sides.
    Reduce heat to low, cover pan and cook about 20 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
    Remove from pan and keep warm in a 200\u00b0 oven.
