Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rump roast or round roast
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 whole garlic
    2 or 3 hot peppers
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 Tbsp. teriyaki marinade and sauce
Preparation
    Chop green pepper, red pepper, onion, garlic and hot pepper. Put marinade on meat.
    Take roast and cut in small finger lengths. Put 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and roast.
    Stir until all pink is gone.
    Put all peppers, onions and garlic in and stir until all are tender.
    Put tomato sauce and water in.
    Let simmer for 20 minutes.
    Cook rice and put serving size in plate.
    Put beef stir-fry over.
    No bread needed.
    Enjoy.
