Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. magarine, melted
4 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Marinate chops for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove chops and save marinade.
Dry chops and fry in melted margarine until brown.
Boil marinade and warm with chops.
