Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    extra flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and
    milk
    in
    a
    bowl.
    Add 1 1/2 cups warm water, a little
    at
    a
    time.
    Lightly flour board with 1 tablespoon of flour.
    Knead the dough until it is soft but not sticky by adding
    extra
    flour
    as needed.\tCover the bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Make 2-inch balls of dough and roll them into pancakes.
    Heat
    oil
    in
    Dutch
    oven.
    Fry pancakes until bubbles form on the dough.\tTurn and fry the other side.
