Cold Avocado Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peeled, sliced avocado
2 c. chicken consomme
1/2 tsp. onion juice
1 c. light cream
1 c. sour cream
salt and fresh pepper to taste
paprika to taste
chopped parsley
finely sliced scallions
Preparation

In
electric
blender,
beat avocado, consomme and onion juice at
high speed 5 seconds.
In mixing bowl, beat in cream and sour cream, salt and pepper.
Chill.
Garnish with paprika, parsley and scallions.
