Italian Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans or canned or fresh, cooked
Preparation
    Cook onions and garlic until opaque (never dark).
    Add tomatoes and salt.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Add green beans; cook until heated through.
    (In a rush, you can use spaghetti sauce without meat and heat.)
