Caramel Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 Tbsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter, Crisco, brown sugar and white sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately with milk to the batter.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
