Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium unpeeled potatoes
    1 egg
    1 tsp. water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1/4 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and cool.
    Roll in a mixture of egg and water, then roll in a mixture of flour and corn meal.
    Reroll potatoes into each mixture the second time.
    Fry in margarine on medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
