Tomato Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium peeled tomatoes
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    To peel the tomatoes, dip them in the boiling water for a few seconds and slip off the skins.
    Cut in half.
    Press and seed and dice into about 1/2-inch cubes.
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Add diced tomatoes.
    Remove from heat immediately and season to taste with salt and pepper.
