Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
    Blend in flour, soda and salt.
    Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
    Mix the 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes; remove from baking sheet.
