Coconut-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    some additional coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter in small skillet.
    Add coconut and stir until well blended.
    Place cream cheese in a medium bowl; stir and add coconut mixture.
    Mix; chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Roll the balls in the additional coconut.
    Chill until serving time. Leftover balls, frozen, can be kept indefinitely.
    Yield:
    15 servings.
