Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 tsp. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix (cream) butter and sugar.
    Add water and vanilla, mixing well.
    Add flour and pecans.
    Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
    Form in crescents and bake on cookie sheet for about 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
