Barbecued Baby Back Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slabs baby back ribs
    2 bottles chili sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    Juice from 1/2 lemon
    1 T. vinegar
    2 T. dried (or 1/4 c. fresh) minced onions
Preparation
    Place ribs in large roasting pan. Cover. Bake in 400-degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat from ribs. Reduce heat to 325 degree. Return ribs cover, to oven for 1 hour. Drain fast again. Mix chili sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and onion. Pour over ribs. Cover and return to oven bake at 350 degree for 2-3 hours.
