Susan'S Super Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 whole bunch celery, sliced with leaves
    1 large can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 large onion
    5 carrots, sliced
    4 small potatoes
    8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    16 oz. V-8 juice (optional)
    fresh broccoli
    2 to 3 sliced zucchini
Preparation
    In a large pot or large crock-pot, combine all the ingredients.
    Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Add cut up fresh broccoli and sliced zucchini.
    Simmer just until broccoli and zucchini are tender.
