Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked corn, scraped or cut from ear
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. minced, seeded peppers (with membrane removed) or chopped stuffed green olives
3/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place in a baking dish prepared as for a souffle baker. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the corn for about 1/2 hour.
