Fold-Over Tortilla Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. enchilada sauce
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 (6-inch) tortillas
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef and pour off fat.
    Stir in tomatoes, enchilada sauce, cumin, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Pour half of meat sauce into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
