Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can chili
    1 pkg. chili powder
    onion, diced
    bell pepper, diced
    nacho chips
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
    tomato, diced
Preparation
    Brown ground meat in skillet; drain off excess grease.
    Add chili, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 1/2 cup of water; let simmer 15 minutes.
    Place nacho chips on plate.
    Spoon meat sauce over chips.
    Sprinkle on meat, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.
    Cover with cheese.
    Put in microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
