Chicken Tortilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas, quartered (approximately 12 in pkg.)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
    1 can chopped green chilies
    5 to 6 c. chicken, chopped and cooked
    1 c. ripe olives, sliced
    Monterey cheese with jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
    Layer tortillas in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spoon in chicken mixture; spread.
    Add a layer of tortillas; then cheese.
    Repeat, ending with tortillas topped with cheese.
    You can add Parmesan cheese also (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
