Corn Flake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. corn flakes
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. coconut

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add corn flakes and coconut. Drop by teaspoon on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
