Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. thin buttermilk or sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Take flour, sugar and butter and rub to crumbs.
    Take out one cup of crumbs for top.
    To all the rest, add a mixture of egg, cinnamon, buttermilk (or sour milk) and soda.
    Spread crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
