Raystown Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock, fresh or frozen, cut into pieces
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Bring to a
    boil
    water,
    vinegar,
    salt and seasoning. Add fish, keep to a boil
    and cook for 25 minutes.
    Drain, and serve with melted butter.
