Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in half of butter until soft.
    Stir in flour. Add water.
    Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture thickens. Blend in cheese.
    Combine sauce and eggs; mix gently with broccoli.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with crackers; dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
