Tasty Braunschweiger Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. (2 oz.) braunschweiger or liver sausage
1 to 2 Tbsp. pickle relish, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. (3 oz.) peanuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except peanuts; mix well.
Chill about 15 minutes for easier handling.
Shape into ball; roll in nuts.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm and flavors have blended.
Serve with assorted crackers or small slices of rye bread.
