Tater Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onions salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix flour and spices to coat potatoes.
Scrub potatoes, leaving the peel on.
Cut into wedges.
Put 4 or 5 wedges in a mixing bag with the flour/spice mixture to coat.
Melt butter in a shallow pan and bake for 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Turn potatoes after 15 minutes.
