Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 can (16 oz.) Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. (12 fluid oz. can) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk*
    approximately 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 (8 oz.) deep dish unbaked pie crusts (frozen or homemade)
Preparation
    *For lower fat, lower calorie pie, substitute Carnation lite evaporated skimmed milk.
