Roquefort Grapes Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. Roquefort, Brie or Saga Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream or buttermilk
    1 lb. seedless green or red grapes
    8 oz. toasted chopped almonds, walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cheeses and cream and beat smooth.
    Drop clean, dry grapes into cheese mixture.
    Stir by hand to coat them. Roll in toasted nuts and chill until ready to serve.
    Serves 8 to 10.
