Corn And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen cut corn
1 c. celery, sliced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth or water
2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
dash of cayenne pepper
croutons
1 (8 oz.) potatoes, pared and diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. beer
Preparation

Combine corn, potatoes, celery, onions, broth and salt.
Boil, then simmer until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine milk and flour.
Blend into vegetables.
Cook until slightly thickened. Add cheese (separate while adding), mustard and pepper.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add beer and stir thoroughly.
Serve and top with croutons.
