Cheesecake (Eggless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. cold milk
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon or vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into 9-inch pie pan and chill.
    Beat cream cheese until very soft.
    Blend in 1/2 cup milk; add remaining milk, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding.
    Mix as on package.
    Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
