Sweet And Saucy Apricot Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pork ribs
2 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Rub garlic into meaty side of ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a single layer in a large, shallow baking dish. Pour 1 cup of water into pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
