Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. rice
    1 (4 oz.) can undrained mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 chopped onion or 1 can onion soup
    1 can beef consomme soup or 1 beef bouillon cube, diluted with 1 c. water
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add rice and chopped onion; brown 5 minutes.
    Put into casserole.
    Add 2 cups liquid (consomme, mushroom juice and water).
    Mix all together.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
