Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
grated lemon rind
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Cream butter, then add eggs, then stir in alternately milk and dry ingredients and grated rind of one lemon and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. When done, pour piece of one lemon mixed with 1/4 cup sugar and pour over cake and let it cool in pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
