Crabmeat Burger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. snow crabmeat (frozen or canned)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. canned bean sprouts, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. salad dressing
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
1 pkg. hamburger buns
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except hamburger buns, and mix well. Spread on toasted hamburger buns.
Brown under broiler.
This mixture can also be spread on toast points and served as a cocktail hors d'oeuvre.
