Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. minced celery
1 medium carrot, diced
1 1/2 tsp. minced ham
1/4 c. tomato puree
3/4 c. chicken broth
4 whole tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
Add the celery, carrots and tomatoes.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Add the ham and tomato puree.
Add the broth to thin to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
