Mushroom And Spinach Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet and saute mushrooms and onion until tender and mushrooms are brown.
Drain juice.
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and cool.
Squeeze out all moisture from spinach.
Combine spinach, mushrooms, onion and cream cheese.
Unroll crescent rolls and on large end of each triangle, place a heaping teaspoonful of the spinach mixture. Fold crescent roll over and seal completely.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
Remove from oven and slice in half.
Serve immediately.
