Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. pecans
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix sugar and milk in large microwavable bowl.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add pecans.
Cover with plastic wrap, making slits in plastic wrap to allow steam to escape.
Cook in microwave for 6 minutes on High.
Stir and return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
It should register 234\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Beat until thick.
Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
Let it become firm before removing from paper.
Makes 24.
