Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
parsley flakes

Preparation

Mix onion and potatoes together.
Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Dot margarine on top.
Cook in covered casserole in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Or potatoes may be sealed in foil and cooked on grill.
If done on grill, it may take longer.
Serves 4 to 6.
