Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium mushrooms
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 spring onions
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut stems from caps of mushrooms.
    Saute stems and onions in butter; add to dry ingredients and mix.
    Stuff caps with bread-cheese mixture.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    May also be broiled.
    Serves 6 to 8.
