Frances Stephens' Frost-Me-Not-Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. broken pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
4 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt chocolate and margarine in heavy pan over low heat.
Add nuts and stir until well covered.
Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla.
Mix only until blended.
Do not beat.
Add chocolate mixture and again, mix very carefully.
Turn into paper lined baking cups.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Do not frost. Makes 2 dozen cupcakes.
