Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Cook chicken and debone.
Break into small pieces.
Saute celery and onion in margarine but do not brown.
Add Cheez Whiz, both cans of soup, chicken and cooked rice.
Cook rice according to directions on package.
Also use the chicken broth to cook the rice in.
Season to taste.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
