Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stewing beef, cut in bite size chunks
    3 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    2 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    3 lb. carrots
    3 lb. potatoes
    2 to 3 garlic cloves
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes and carrots.
    Put in a large kettle; fill with water and boil.
    Add garlic cloves.
