Garlic And Anchovy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti or linguine
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 or more anchovy fillets (to taste)
    7 or 8 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, \"tender to the bite.\"
    Drain and chop the anchovies into small pieces. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    Add the garlic and the anchovies.
    Saute until the garlic is golden brown and the anchovies are almost melted into the sauce.
    The moment the pasta is ready, drain it and place it in a large pasta bowl.
    Pour the sizzling sauce over the pasta stirring well.
    Add the chopped parsley if desired.
    Even though there will appear to be little sauce, it will be sufficient to coat every strand of pasta.
