Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cool Whip
1 large pkg. peach jello (or 2 small)*
2 c. buttermilk
1 (No. 3) can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix jello and pineapple (do not drain pineapple) on stove until jello melts.
Remove mixture from stove; pour in serving bowl and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes until it begins to jell.
Remove and blend in buttermilk.
Place back in refrigerator until sets, about 10 minutes.
Remove and stir in Cool Whip and nuts.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
No fail.
